Seller Terms of Service

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable egg-sale, food-handling, labeling, licensing, and pickup laws.

eggbay v2 is a seller subscription service, not a commission marketplace: sellers pay $29/month or $290/year after a 14-day free trial, and eggbay does not collect per-order fees.

Buyers pay sellers directly through the seller's chosen payment link, configured processor, or pay-on-pickup flow; eggbay never touches the money or holds seller funds.

Sellers agree not to use eggbay order, pickup, chat, buyer, or lead data to move marketplace-initiated transactions into unmanaged side deals.

eggbay may suspend sellers for safety, fraud, payment, dispute, or policy issues.
